Book delivered by Amazon. I put the packaging straight in the recycling, but brought the book straight into the house. It's now on the coffee table.
DH said I should have put it in the garage for 72 hours. Should i?

I just cannot imaging wiping everything down or quarantining everything.

I went to the supermarket today. I try and get enough for our family of 3 to last 10 days. Honestly, by the time I got back I was nearly broken with the stress. I think it would be an all day job to then wipe or decant everything. I'm afraid I just don't have that time as a lone parent working full time.

Neither can I. We limit our precautions to putting the carrier bags straight in the bin (which goes against the grain) and doing contactless deliveries and that's it. My job puts me in a higher risk category so most of our precautions are to do with me coming home from work - shoes stay in the car (which nobody else uses), clothes go straight in the wash and I go straight in the shower and wash my hair. I clean the front door handle as well.
