Please help me with number 12

I know these things are everywhere at the moment, but this has been sent to me on a family Whatsapp group. The theme is kids TV programmes. I know numbers 1-11, but 12 is driving me mad.

I call upon the collective brain of Mumsnet to help me sleep tonight...

Not Winnie the Pooh, that is number 4. Postman Patb is completely the wrong colour. Yogi Bear doesn't have any green around his middle (and I'm pretty sure he'd have Booboo with him)
