Please help me with number 12

I know these things are everywhere at the moment, but this has been sent to me on a family Whatsapp group. The theme is kids TV programmes. I know numbers 1-11, but 12 is driving me mad.

I call upon the collective brain of Mumsnet to help me sleep tonight...

BTW - does anyone have a name for these kind of puzzles, or a link to the original ones?

I've been trying to find out the creator of these puzzles, to see if there are any more, but didn't get anywhere. So if anyone has any idea it would be great to know!
