Why are people so stupid?! I’ve seen posts about reporting to the police but can they do anything if it’s in their own home? There’s only 2 people round.

@ Nick. But that is my point - it was again st guidelines. Did you not see on the news today where 25 people went to friends for a house party. The poli ce found out and dispersed them leaving "words of advice" for the househ ot
Pity they hadn't fined them £60 each.

Householder obviously not rubbish word.

Why are you paying so much attention?
Judge not......

We are all doomed to increased people dying and a longer lockdown if this post is indicitive of how stupid people can actually be.

Here a reason Malvina why we should all be judging!

I personally wouldn’t go anywhere near them .
However I would report it to the police as unless they all live in the same house then they are actually putting themselves , their families , their neighbours , the NHS , Me and my 83 year old mother at risk .
So call the Police and 111 and report them .

You do know that real crime is still happening? Like murder, robbery and shit?

The actions of stupid selfish people like this will directly cause people to die. So yes pretty important for the Police to deal with. Hmm

Maybe it is just that all front line workers; mainly NHS workers (the best - thank you) but also carers, teachers, police are currently not fully guided on what they should and should not do by the government because of the ever evolving situation (as it is ever evolving for most people). So until we see more clarity in the next 2-3 weeks stay at home and follow the rules.

I have been through 6 months of chemo and went from quite extrovert gregarious full time working single mum to literally living at home all day every day due to chemo side effects (but thank you to NHS). Some days feels like a slog other days not so bad but was a big change for me.

It is hard but not impossible. Even if an inside gathering sounds safe if the rules say no at the moment do not do it. On a relative scale it is not that long.

I've definitely not worked it out myself yet but the solution surely has to be find something you can do indoors and even if that makes you stir crazy then take advantage of the outdoors / exercise rules but just obey them (until such time as they change - then obey those changed rules etc).

It will not last forever.
And yes the noise next door might have been all family who always live there in which case I hope the noise does not disturb you too much. x
