To give myself a grade 6 cut

I reckon I'm about 4 months away from another hair cut. My hair usually gets cut every 6 weeks and I was due one this week. I'm quite tempted to shave it myself and see what happens. After all, no work meetings, no nights out, no nothing. What could possibly go wrong?

I sport a shaved head (grade 0) as a general rule.

I've wanted to do this for years i even bought some clippers but after I'd done DS's I chickened out!

I have cut my own pixie cut before though which I liked.

Day one - had a no 3 cut - absolutely love it - i dyed it bright red as my hair is always bright red but has been long for 30 years

I decided now was the time as all our work has been cancelled for 3 months and so if i hated it i would have time to grow it out.

@NiceLegsShameAboutTheFace You rock that look. My face is way fatter squarer than yours though so not sure how it would look on me.

@NiceLegsShameAboutTheFace don’t know if you remember but we had a chat about hair a while ago... I was considering taking the clippers to mine but one of my volunteers had a daughter losing her hair through chemo so it didn’t seem appropriate?

I am now sporting a slightly patchy grade 3 and loving it 😂😂 might go shorter but got the husband to do it yesterday and he was reluctant to go to a 2.

I'm considering a radical short cut but it would reveal my bald patches!
