You just wait until you get on to the website. Leave the page open and check it every now and again to see if you're in.

If I placed an order 2-3 weeks ago, just of essentials to arrive to new house as moving (supposedly) on Friday (mostly cleaning stuff etc), can I expect them
To actually have the stuff I ordered? How does it work? Do they put your stuff aside or it goes to whoever has the closer slot and never mind later slots?

I waited two hours in the queue and got to the log in page and then it put me in the queue again

It's crap - Ocado management team seem to be confused about social distancing - in case they are reading - you are still allowed to communicate with your customers via email - you only need to write one email and send it to all customers - one email a week, are they being rationed?

I gave up with Ocado last week- total nightmare, don't have the time to be sat there queuing to get a delivery slot

Also Tesco & Waitrose rubbish- no delivery slots

I do my shopping at 2:30am when I’m up with DS. No queue at that time.

So it’s a bit like when buying tickets on ticket master for a popular show. You queue in line and after a few hours you get to the “front” and it says there are no delivery slots anyway.

It was ok a few days ago but today you wait and wait and then you get chucked off.

I've just got in - my delivery is on Thursday morning...I was able to edit and there was enough food - it's possible I only got in because I had a delivery booked within 36 hrs - who knows it's all voodoo..no policies, no communication.

I got my ocado delivery today, booked the slot 2 weeks ago when I decided I didn't want to risk going out! Managed to book another slot for next week before they stopped everything.
I've went on at 4am to edit what I needed (was up with baby) - no queue at that time.
Everything I ordered was delivered except pitta bread which I thought was pretty good!

I’ve paid for a Smartpass. What a waste!
When I finally got in, I can only see three day’s worth of potential delivery slots - and none of them are available at all.

Is everyone only seeing three days? Or just me?

That seems a crazy system. Wonder why they do.it that way rather than Asda/Tesco way of letting you just log in.

Yes, the same. Shows 3 days, all booked out then next 3 days - nothing available.

Is it working for you at the moment? Mine said my next reserved slot would be available and editable from today and it's not. No email or anything.

I got through today on Ocado. 1 hr queue from about 9-10 to log in, then 2h or so waiting for my turn to shop - around noon I was able to do a regular shop.

I did get bumped off a couple times and realised you leave your place in the queue if you navigate away from the page on the same device- and it will cause the bumping off. So don’t do that. Just leave it alone once you’re in the queue(s), don’t let your screen lock, and come back every so often to see how you’re doing.

Once in, I was pleasantly surprised with the choice and the fact that they will deliver almost every thing of my first choice (and offered suitable alternatives for those out of stock) - and really pleasantly surprised that I was offered a slot tomorrow evening- I was expecting next week or so which would have been fine too.

A bit of a pain compared to what we are all used to but it was worth persevering. I applaud them for trying to find a way that works well enough and makes it fair in a completely unprecedented situation where a huge segment of the population suddenly needs a delivery. There are many parts of the world where people will be queueing for real today, and not from the comfort of their homes. Smile
