To edit messages takes a lot of permissions as does setting up unreportable accounts, and setting the bot to search out appropriate words. I've seen OPs with this bot message added.

I've had a message where I was telling people not to go on holiday edited with this bloody bot message.

If they've been hacked I'll of course apologise but I doubt it.

I don't work for MNHQ but In the meantime if people get messages asking them to relogin just in case it is a hacker please check the address it has come from. Don't just respond to a random email asking you to relogin or change password
