Is anyone else blocked out of Ocado or is it just me? Should I message them

I've been unable to use the app for days and I'm so annoyed
I want to finish my shop
Logged out
Can't even log back in now without an error message

The website is down, I ordered a shop to arrive today that I dont need anymore but couldn't cancel it..

Their website was down yesterday and it crashed the app - maybe re-download the app? That worked for me yesterday evening.

I think I read somewhere they had locked their ordering system to cope with the existing orders.

They’ve turned off the app due to overload. You’ll need to use the website instead.

I've had a complete mare with my Ocado shop all week, found 5-30am the only time I could amend the shop.

I've gone rogue and ordered a Morrisons shop for next week, same app as ocado but actually worked.

I assume it's just sheer volume of people shopping, as it's real time stock control it's probably unable to cope with the volume of people adding to and amending orders at the same time

Good luck. I tried on the website this morning. There’s no delivery slots for 9 days.

My app hasn’t been working for about 3 days, but I ordered ok using the website instead.

The website was down last night (around the editing cut off of 17.25). They also put a message on their Facebook yesterday that they are prioritising orders for existing customers, not sure how that works, thought it would just block sign up. I think their website will be hugely busy this weekend.

I don't use the app as never found it that reliable, I use the website but even that has been dodgy since yesterday.

I got this email from them last night:

Due to performance issues driven by continued high demand, we have decided to take our app offline for the time being. We are using this time to improve our infrastructure so that we can return to our normal service levels.

In the meantime, please use your mobile, tablet or computer to go to ocado.com and shop on our website instead.

We apologise for the disruption and thank you for your patience and understanding.

The website worked for me last night. Then I signed up to their reserve slot for the time being. Seems sensible...

@Outtedagain tesco sent me an email yesterday refusing to deliver my shopping. said i had to go and get it myself. i was one of the lucky ones though, others just had theirs cancelled for now reason.

I had delivery yesterday and 3 items were in glass, arrived smashed so staff Spilt all over the bag which ruined the rest.
Impossible to get through, was on phone waiting over hour..nothing..

The apps been down all week - I've had to use the website.

One thing I did do today was Ocado Reserved where it saves the same slot for me every week and I can cancel it if I need to. That will stop me fighting for a slot every week. As I'm typing this I've just had a text from them saying I can edit tomorrows order in the app :D

Bloody hell. I ordered this morning, earliest slot for delivery was Tuesday, I hope they don’t bloody cancel!!

I ordered on the website last night. No slots until 24th March and it couldn't process my Lloyds debit card, I had to put it through on my credit card in the end.

People who are stuck at home are not going to be able to rely on shopping deliveries.

Yes my app was playing up. In the end i went into the website and logged on and finished the order ok
