I've been unable to use the app for days and I'm so annoyed
I want to finish my shop

Can't even log back in now without an error message

I've given up on the app, which I used to prefer. Website appears now to be working pretty much as usual.

So long as their supply lines hold up, it may all very good.

App still seems to be down - went onto use one click. Also couldn’t get a delivery slot for a week when I booked a few days ago

Website not working for me. I need to add a few bits to my usual weekly order but not looking like it will be possible.

I was having problems but thought it was me (new phone). Ordered via the website instead. I usually ordered Saturday and book for Monday evening. The next slot was Friday evening so DH has had to go out to the shop this morning.

I have edited my order on their website
I have to admit I have struggled to get any other online shopping slots
I've also tried to buy a freezer as ours is small and I can't get one of them delivered for like 3 weeks

The website was down for me yesterday and most of today. Managed to log on for half and hour around lunchtime but I'm now blocked again so can't amend mylong standing order. Think it's sheer volume of traffic.

I've had trouble both with app (which is down) and website
But I managed to update my order for tomorrow on the website early this morning, and booked two more slots for next week and week after
Also yesterday (when I could get in) it said an item was out of stock, but this morning it was available again, so keep trying the website! Smile

Just hit a sweetspot now. Presumably because all editing had to be over by 5.25. Previous 24 hrs just could not get past error message
