...is like something from an 80s daytime TV drama. Look at Harry! Wills struggling to hide his emotions. Kate wound-up tight, bound by duty and protocol. Everyone looking in the direction of events but, HELLO! Someone’s found the camera! Meghan with her sweet suggestion of a smile, saying ‘thank God I’m getting the hell out of this circus’!

I can imagine the photographer was very pleased when they saw what they’d captured.

It’s just a nanosecond snapshot that could be taken of any family at any time.
Why does it bother you?

I don't know, I guess they're implying that she creates mischief behind the scenes but looks sweet and innocent to an audience.

Anyway they're going back to their son and Canada next week so the media over-saturation and analysing every head tilt, dragging out 'experts' for family dynamics etc will die down.

I feel really sorry for the lot of them- especially the Queen - at her age, I’m sure she’d rather not have to put up with all the drama of her family life being plastered all over the media and people speculating about real or made up spats.

Possibly, but they have attended services there dozens of times since.

@AnnJeanne why does everything come back to colour and status the British welcomed Meghan into the royal family and her marriage to Harry. This is nothing to do with colour or race it their actions since.

I watched it on TV, that was not just a snapshot. Harry's face was like thunder all the way out, while Meghan had a beaming smile

Arriety I’m wondering if the hoax is a hoax? As yet there’s nothing on the bbc news online? Apart from The Telegraph it seems to be the tabloid sites that are running it? The main video on YouTube was apparently pulled. Can’t work out what’s going on. If it’s true then yes it’s bloody awkward.

Even just breathing is enough to vilify Meghan . The Sussex royal Instagram is filled with vile messages like the ones on this thread. It begs the question if you hate her so much why do you even take notice of her?

I think Meghan is beautiful and often looks like a Thunderbird with her perfect looks. Maybe she’s channelling her inner Lady Penelope. Who knows. It’s a snapshot in time. 🤷‍♀️
