I saw them in Birmingham aged about ten (I'm now 30) and got Suzanne autograph
Just wondered what happened to Danny really...Suzanne and kym the soaps, myleenes doing really well, seen Noel on Gavin and Stacey.

Darius comes from the part of Glasgow where I live. His parents are very well-to-do and both doctors. His mum isn't an escort!

I;m not surprised he's gone down the musical theatre route.

Darius was my first proper teen crush, I luffed him :o bought his autobiography and everything! Only after he was on the second one where he was normal, though!

I remember having all of hear'say's albums, along with S Club 7

Lullaby that Lemar wrote with two others on Fame Academy (one of whom I think dated Fearne Cotton for a while after Fame Academy) was a great tune and still is. I used to sing that to my DCs when they were little.
I think Lemar could've been huge, Lionel Richie really rated him, but poor management and the whole contracts that they have to agree to do tours and have a set time where they can't release an album or be signed killed him off.

Also saw Noel in School of Rock last year - I didn’t realise it was him and didn’t recognise him at all until they announced his name at the end. He was excellent.

Ha I loved Darius! I remember being on the train from Glasgow to Torquay just after I got his album and listening to it for the entire 9 hours or however long it was. He was a bit cringey 😬

Darius got noticed because of his awful audition way back when but it has done him lots of good because he is really a good singer and I believe he is doing well in musical theatre. Rather easy on the eye too!! I loved his Colour Blind and I beleive he wrote it too.

Same can be said for Rylan Clarke. Terrible audition on Xfactor years ago but look at him now. Like him or not he has gone on to be a massive success on television and is probably a millionaire.

Last time I saw Darius he was on stage in Funny Girl, working opposite Sheridan Smith. He’s a terrific actor too. This was two or three years ago.

Can anyone remember the Big Band album the Pop Idol singers did? (Gareth, Will, Darius and Zoe series) I loved that album but haven't been able to find many of the songs to listen to again.

I will ignore everyone confirming Darius is a sleeze because I think he is beautiful and 'Colourblind' takes me back to being a soppy obsessed teenager.

I met Michelle Heaton (Liberty X) when she came into my work place and she is stunningly beautiful in real life, and also very polite. I stared at her in awe but didn't realise at first who she was.

Someone mentioned Kevin Simm from Liberty X. He's doing alright, he's currently the lead singer with Wet Wet Wet!

urwelcome I agree with Smiley, I watch Kevin's blind audition from the voice now and then just because it was so good. I didnt notice him massively on popstars though but when he sings solo he's insanely good!

I couldnt stand Darius on popstars but thought he was gorgeous on pop idol!
