Inappropriate clothing at a netball tournament - one of the fathers that is!

So, watching a netball tournament this week and to be fair the weather was very windy. One of the fathers turned up wearing very lightweight shorts, so lightweight than when the wind blew, well lets just say I had a really good knowledge of his anatomy.

Now this was a tournament for yr 6 girls. Friends and I were literally crying with laughter and not quite sure where to look.

Lo and behold, at an even bigger tournament the next day and there he was again in the same or identical shorts (it had snowed in the morning in case anyone is wondering I I am in Australia).

So, the games staff from my DC's school felt he was dressed extremely inappropriately and so did I. But would anyone have actually said anything? Is it possible he was just oblivious?

can you leave an anonymous note under his windscreen wiper?

'Dear Man in short-shorts. You look like a Jimmy Saville type. We are watching you, signed, The Mums'.
......
Hee hee (Saville preferred track suits though).

I'm sure the man didn't realise the wind would show all, give him the benefit of the doubt at least. If his wife or kids had seen it they would have advised him.

I can think of a certain mum who would have said exactly that to him, including the cheerybye now! She would have probably held a spare coat over the offending area too.

@JustInCaseCakeHappens So you think Catherine was hoping her dress would blow up in the wind and expose her? c'mon every woman can relate to this more than once especially if you have to wear a dress most of the time. Shortsgate as described above is not what most men would relate to. He knew he was exposing himself and enjoying the females discomfort.

Perhaps, like Shouldergate, Shortsgateman could take a leaf out of Tracy Brabin's book and auction them off for charity on eBay?!

Anyone else getting pop up ads for boxers and gym shorts Grin

I feel there's an episode of friends that covers this. First thing I thought of .
Put the mouse back in the house ...

I have absolutely no idea why she was chose to wear these clothes, but it's clearly not an accident. I don't think it was terribly appropriate for someone representing the royal family in such official engagements, so odd choice.

BiffKipperAndTwattingChip · 29/02/2020 08:45

Surely people wear pants under shorts, no matter what the material?

SarahTancredi · 29/02/2020 08:55

So it was cold/wet/windy and he showed up not just in shorts but a special kind of short? Of all the different types of shorts available he happens to pick the one that exposes his dick to the world?

I'm gonna say he knows.

The first day could be written off as an accident but repeating it...nah he knew.

Doesnt sound like an accident. If he had whacked a coat on or a hoody or obscured said offending outline with a bag or newspaper then you could write it off as a mistake

Twice...nah
