To ask for a handhold?

Hello all,

GoJetterBoy after 2 years of fighting has finally lost the energy to fight, I’m currently sat with him in hospital, having come in a few days earlier for pain management.

I really need a handhold right now...

I’m so very sorry.

This thread has given me goosebumps and a newfound determination to live life to the full- your dear boy may not be here anymore but his short life has impacted and motivated people he didn’t even know.
Wishing you all the love and support you need at this painful time. Your DS will always be with you OP and one day you will meet again

I am so sorry for the heartbreaking cruelty of loss and grief. Words can’t describe my sadness for you right now.

@Doodlesquah1 you're so right about living life to the full when others didn't have the chance.

I’m so very sorry. My son died when he was 3 a few years ago, and I also feel like he was too special to stay with me. I got to have him for 3 years and was so lucky, he was amazing. Your little boy sounds the same. I will be thinking of him xx

We have also lit a candle and I sang Over the Rainbow as the bedtime song to mine tonight to honour him. I can't imagine what you are going through but know that there are many, many of us thinking of you x
