To ask your summer holiday plans this year?

Love hearing peoples holiday/break ideas and plans!

We shall be flying to Italy and doing 4 cities there, then flying to somewhere hot, sunny with a pool for 10 nights or so to relax after all our sightseeing.

Whats your plans?

Two weeks in France (we alternate France and the UK in the summer - can't afford to go away every year). But I fear DS1 school ski trip is about to be cancelled due to coronavirus so we might try and find some skiing (next year - wouldn't be able to afford it at short notice this year)

This summer we are going to Alaska for 3 weeks. Flying into Seattle then cruising up to Anchorage with lots of exciting once in a life-time trips planned, husky mushing, bear spotting and glacier trekking.

Italy for a week just me in May (unless the corona virus puts a stop to it!).
Then family holiday to Australia and then NZ in July - it will be cold there at that time but we live in a hot country so will be nice to escape the heat. Plus we "only" live a 12 hr flight away from Sydney so it makes sense to do it now while we live where it's a lot less time to travel than from the UK.

We are a famy of four and ate off to Spain for two weeks in August. Three bedroom villa with a large private pool about 10 minute drive from the beach. Flights booked months ago to get a good deal!

Colorado in mid July for nine days with my husband,son and my twin sister. Going to enjoy the scenery and cooler weather than we have at home in the summer

Going to the UAE and Asia for 2 months - July and August

Don't normally book anywhere until later in the year but I think I'd want to watch what happens with coronavirus. Was casually browsing Slovenia but pretty close to Veneto. Wondering about people flying back from skiiing holidays from northern Italian airports spreading it further within Europe and elsewhere.
