Do you think baby onesies/babygrows are acceptable to wear in the day upto age oneish?

I think it’s reasonable but have had a couple of comments about them being pjs only which I think is ridiculous. Aibu?

I don't think I've seen a baby over a couple of months constantly wearing baby grows. Put your baby in what you like. If I saw a one year old in a grow I'd assume they were wearing pyjamas (not judging the parents as I wouldn't really care).

As soon as mine crawled they were crawling out of the legs and getting tangled up. I think the poppers are a nightmare (and the zip ones meant I had to basically strip them to change their bum). There's plenty of soft baby outfits and jogger like sets you can pick up in Tesco or Sainsbury's that you don't need to be spending a fortune (also second hand is amazing).

Tbh no really cares what your baby wears except you (and if they do they need to get a bit of a life).

Do whatever you feel is best for your child. I personally put my DD in leggings and bodysuits from about 5 months. Once she started to crawl and cruise I would have worried that babygrows would be too lose and would impede her movement or be slippy on the feet.

I think up to 1 year old is a bit old but then in my family we are all early walkers
