Some people are very rude on here. It is - Nev-ay-ah. We’ve had about 6 through school. Currently have two. The name has grown on me. All the girls that I have known have been lovely.

I’m not keen on the name either to be honest but that doesn’t matter, I just wanted to check that you’ve actually spelled it correctly. Every baby I’ve come across with this name, even though the parents have told me that it’s supposed to be heaven spelled backwards, have actually spelled it Neveah!

I knew the name would get a slagging on here. I’ve never understood people’s issue with it, it gets such a horrible mean response. There’s a Nevaeh in my daughter’s class.
Can any of the haters explain why it’s so dreadful? It’s quite a nice sounding name to me. Do you not like how it sounds? Is it because it is Heaven backwards? And that’s... daft? Rude? Weird? What is it? I don’t understand the hatred of this name.
My daughters friend shortens it to Vey, which I think is kinda cool.
