Tuna pasta bake.

Cook pasta.
Drain.
Place in oven dish.
Mix with tuna, sweetcorn, peas, tinned chopped tomatoes.
Mix with ready grated cheese.
Top with grated cheese.

SimonTheFox · 12/02/2020 09:55

Oh yes and then oven bake

GrumpyHoonMain · 12/02/2020 09:58

Pasta in white sauce with sweetcorn. All you do is boil the pasta: make a white sauce with a whisk (add warm milk to save time), add cheese and sweetcorn at the end. While cooking pop some garlic bread in the oven. Whole meal usually takes 10 mins to prepare

Waveysnail · 12/02/2020 10:00

Omelette or scrambled eggs and toast is my go to when cant be arsed

ALLMYSmellySocks · 12/02/2020 10:01

Pasta, pesto, mixed frozen veg and tin of tuna. Great cheese on top put on the oven.

Tortilini, mixed veg and oven roasted salmon. (chuck salmon in oven with cream cheese and bread crumbs on top).

Bananacloud · 12/02/2020 10:02

Is picking up your phone and ordering in effort?

ilovetrees30 · 12/02/2020 10:03

Jacket potatoes with choose your own toppings?

MuddyPuddlesAndPrettyBubbles · 12/02/2020 10:03

Throw a pizza in the oven. Provide pre sliced carrot sticks to alleviate guilt.

00100001 · 12/02/2020 10:05

Beans in toast...if you're feeling up to it... Fried egg on top!

84claire84 · 12/02/2020 10:05

I ask the kids in the week what they fancy and they take turns in choosing. Last night daughter wanted homemade chicken and veg pie, mash and veg and tonight son has asked for a spag bol with garlic bread and cheese.

At a weekend we pick what we're having. Sometimes we eat what we know the kids won't like so they have alternatives but it makes life much easier in the week.

unexpectedthird · 12/02/2020 10:08

Morrisons do chilled pizza dough, it's beside the chilled pastry. It's even pre rolled.

Top with passata, some veg (or whatever you fancy) and cheese then serve with a big salad.

PrincessHoneysuckle · 12/02/2020 10:08

Bacon,fried eggs,beans and toast

Foghead · 12/02/2020 10:15

When I feel like this then I do a chicken or meat casserole.
If you have energy to just chop some veg then just add meat, potatoes and stock and let it cook slowly in the oven.
The more veg you can add, the better.
It’s very nutritious and helps to energise.

MrsA2015 · 12/02/2020 10:17

Pasta
Bachelors condensed mushroom soup
Refill tin twice with milk
Tin of sweet corn
Tinned tuna (or chopped cooked chicken prepackaged)
Cheese.

Bake in the oven.

Delicious.

May have it myself today actually!

JosefKeller · 12/02/2020 10:21

Omelette
jacket potatoes
fish + leeks + tomatoes+ lemon in the oven, covered in foil, add rice if needed
minute turkey steak + veg
Spaghetti and ready-made meatballs
Ready-made quiche and salad

anything that takes less than 5 minutes all in to prepare

Kab30 · 12/02/2020 10:46

In a nod to cold weather I had Lancashire hotpot last night - zero effort imho

flirtygirl · 12/02/2020 11:03

Tuna pasta bake and meat casserole, I'm sorry but that's too much effort and would be too much effort for me most days.

No energy to me means packet noodles with tinned sweetcorn added, putting something in microwave for 9 mins or oven for 20 mins. Beans on toast, egg on toast, toast, bowl cereal. Real no effort.

Srictlybakeoff · 12/02/2020 11:08

Roast some cherry tomatoes with herbs. Add to pasta along with black olives, pesto and chopped up mozzarella.

Billyeyelash · 12/02/2020 11:08

Egg fried rice.
Loads of egg in it. Can add all sorts of things and chuck in some prawn crackers and my children think I should go on Masterchef (I so fucking don't).

Wickedwoo · 12/02/2020 11:12

I stuck a chilli in slow cooker yesterday and it was easy effortless but bloody lovely

SquashedFlyBiscuit · 12/02/2020 11:15

Freezer food with finger veg-
Chicken strips/nuggets. Open packet of cherry tomatoes, open snap peas, open carrot sticks. Easyfood but wtill get veg. Mine love tinned sweetcorn cold too in a bowl or still frozen peas! Lazy but works.

LadyMonicaBaddingham · 12/02/2020 11:20

Scrambled eggs on toast is my go to

CakeandCustard28 · 12/02/2020 11:27

Pizza is my go too when I feel like this.

namechangenumber2 · 12/02/2020 11:34

We'd have egg of some description, beans and either toast or potato waffles if we've got any!
