A really nice sandwich platter and crisps or chips! Lots of yummy salad and protein.

Tinned tomatoes
Frozen spinach

Anything you can chuck in the slow cooker. Stew, curry, mince, micro mash.

Fresh pasta with fresh sauce is the quickest meal in our house, literally a3 minute job. Can't think of anything quicker.

Eggs is my go to. Just had a cheese and onion omlette with a side of grilled thinly sliced courgette (goes black and crispy!). Add in some roast sweet potato and it’s dinner.

Or just do cheese on toast and eat a carrot.

Glad I read this as literally no energy for cooking. Been feeling that way all week and had freezer food last 3 nights so glad to find some easy nutritious meals.

Omelette, ready made mash if you can get to a shop, if not chips and baked beans.
