Do you store chocolate in or out of the fridge?
I always keep my chocolate in the cupboard but DP likes it in the fridge. I’m right aren’t I?!

From the fridge you can’t taste it nearly as much.

Of course you're right. Chocolate is designed to melt at body temperature. It feels and tastes odd and takes too long to melt in the mouth after being in the fridge.

Cheap chocolate in the fridge, good chocolate out.
