Name change, occasional poster.

My ex has our 3 dc tonight, they are due back at 10am.
He is now threatening to take them out of the country. He has the means, he has a very dark side to him. I was emotionally, financially and physically abused for the past 15 years.

I don't know what to do, he is on the BC, so don't know how I can stop him.
DC are 10,8 and 2.

So happy for you that you have them back! Smile
Do not let them go for contact again until you have visited a solicitor for advice as what to do next. If you have any messages from him that show he was making threats to take them keep hold do not delete them.
Enjoy the evening with you children. Flowers

So glad they're back with you. Don't let him know that he rattled you. It will give him ammunition.

Omg he dropped them on a street corner in the dark. Abusive arsehole. Good luck finding a decent solicitor.

Are the children entitled to a passport from the other country? Are they dual nationals? Is it possible he could have passports for the DCs that aren’t British?

I know the DCs are back now but you need to discuss the potential options their father may have to take them out of the country with your solicitor.

Keep a log. Include that he dropped them up the road.
