It's 6.30pm NYE and in my pyjamas

Yes I've dressed for dinner in my new pyjamas. I've been wanting to get in them all day (saddo) somehow all the years I was single or with boyfriends making myself go out and forced enjoyment I'm doing now exactly as I want.
I might be really crazy and stay up until 9pm Grin

We had a nice dinner and are in pjs watching Wallace and Gromit on iplayer. DS (nearly 4) has been allowed to stay up...we'll see if he makes it till 12am!

(My favourite part of these holidays is that DS has finally stopped being scared of films, so nice watching something we can all enjoy - as long as its a cartoon!)

HunterAngel · 31/12/2019 20:39

I’m jealous! Really fancied a hot bath and a lounge in my new pjs but then the in laws turned up so having to socialise instead!

diddl · 31/12/2019 20:41

Baileys, cheese & crackers, Gavin & Stacey so far.

Think I'm off up soon to do some reading though.

Rosebel · 31/12/2019 20:42

Unfortunately my children are old enough to stay up but I'm absolutely exhausted and wish I could crawl off to bed right now

bananaskinsnomnom · 31/12/2019 20:50

Me and my bestie just got a take away and in for a night of watching films - no booze, just lots of ice cream and chocolate and cheesy films in a nice warm house without all the cool people 😂😂

LocksMyth · 31/12/2019 21:03

We (2 adult sons and I) are taking a midnight walk to the beach to sit on the pebbles and eat onion rings.
I am going to wear a onesie under my coat.
Happy New year.

Imfoaming · 31/12/2019 21:13

in bed watching BBC News, alone and glad I discovered netmums

Alyic · 31/12/2019 21:18

Me too, I'm in bed now, had some fabulous New Year's Eve nights but obviously peaked too early. To all those out and about, have a wonderful night.

Yetanotherwinter · 31/12/2019 21:22

We were supposed to go out for tea and cinema. Ended up with chinese and relaxing in front of tv.

70sWitch · 31/12/2019 21:22

My partying days are long behind me. I'm dressed and up and will likely be up at midnight because I always am, but I'm quite chilled. Am just sat alone looking at the pretty decorations and waiting to chat to DH who's away atm.
I'll watch the bongs but turn off the fireworks as I find them boring.

NYE is no big deal to me. I'm a bad Scot lol.

missmouse101 · 31/12/2019 21:26

Just got into bed...bliss!

Togstiree · 31/12/2019 21:27

Both Hubby and I have New Pj's for tonight and have been in them since after 7. Happy New year when it comes to you all.

animaginativeusername · 31/12/2019 21:40

Wanted early night but fireworks have started, may just binge watch the Netflix series I started

iWantToBreakBrie · 31/12/2019 21:41

We are now in bed watching Solo.

Life is just too wild 😂😂

iWantToBreakBrie · 31/12/2019 21:42

in bed watching BBC News, alone and glad I discovered netmums

Well that's just insulting! 😂😂😂

Camomila · 31/12/2019 22:34

DS lasted till nearly 10. Fell asleep mid Snail and the Whale! I really enjoyed it. I'd never seen it before, watching Graham Norton now. DH has got some work out to do Hmm

gingerbiscuits · 31/12/2019 22:37

Hell, I've been in mine all day! Had a shower & put clean ones on around lunchtime though - I'm not an animal! 😆
