To think that Yorkshire puddings do not go in a Christmas dinner?

A traditional Christmas dinner that is. Yorkshire puddings are for roast beef surely? Not turkey and ham. What if the pudding accidentally touches the cranberry sauce? Xmas Envy

Mmmmmmmm ..... bread sauce ... pretty much as @OhTheRoses recipe. Just google it and you'll find that it is indeed a traditional accompaniment to the Christmas turkey..... unlike yorkies which have of recent years gatecrashed on all the roasts. Fine if that's what you like but imo they really don't go well with anything but beef.
