At the gates of 10 Downing st.

Never done anything like it before but it seems to me that any standards of decency in Westminster have been lost....

OP posts:

Am I being unreasonable?

I can only dream of spitting on Corbyn

I'm no fan of Corbyn but I would never spit on his doorstep. How disgusting.

ClutterbuckFarm · 14/12/2019 22:49

OP, you sound immature. The world is not going to end because Boris won the election. Please get a grip.

MilkTwoSugarsThanks · 14/12/2019 22:50

Nah, you'd have been arrested for a public order offence.

RedLipstickHighHeels · 14/12/2019 22:53

Op you’ve got many on mn clutching their zoflora and gagging about spit

20viona · 14/12/2019 22:59

Isithometimeyet0987 · 14/12/2019 23:00

If this is true op all it does is show your true colours, your a disgusting, vile and horrible person tbh op and you need to grow up. How would you like it if someone spat towards your house because you share different views?!

Justanotherlurker · 14/12/2019 23:03

Op you’ve got many on mn clutching their zoflora and gagging about spit

Not me, I'm laughing at the failed attempt at a good old back slapping virtue signal post.

It's comical and highlights why the Tories won, I doubt there will be any self reflection though.

Crunchymum · 14/12/2019 23:04

Oh lordy, do people need a fucking signpost to sarcasm these days??? (@ the Rosa Parks reference)

MN is really going down the shitter.

RedLipstickHighHeels · 14/12/2019 23:07

Oh lordy, thankfully you’re here to explain after the event why a post is sarcastic
Given no emoji,no other context it simply wasn’t obvious
Lordy we have crunchy to berate us for missing the apparently obvious

bee222 · 14/12/2019 23:14

Given no emoji,no other context it simply wasn’t obvious

It was pretty obvious.

doodoodoodoodoolittlelulu · 14/12/2019 23:15

You are fucking vile. Think about it yes, but to actually do it...Why, because it made you feel better to express your feelings in such a disgusting manner? Scumbag behaviour. You've lowered yourself. Suck it up, literally. We don't all go about spitting at things we don't like. Have some civility. What's next, are you going to shit on the doorstep?

PreseaCombatir · 14/12/2019 23:19

The Rosa Parks comment might as well have had a blinking neon sign, reading ‘sarcasm’

RedLipstickHighHeels · 14/12/2019 23:20

Evidently not obvious, but thank you Ms AfterTheEvent to add a posthumous comment

RedLipstickHighHeels · 14/12/2019 23:21

Well no sign,no neon,nadda,just a bunch of o’er well I sayers

PreseaCombatir · 14/12/2019 23:22

I quoted the comment, and added a big smiley face to the comment to indicate my appreciation for the sarcasm. This was ‘before the event’.

RedLipstickHighHeels · 14/12/2019 23:24

Oh well then

GabsAlot · 14/12/2019 23:59

I really hope recrudscence was being sarcastic about rosa parks

IndigoR · 15/12/2019 00:00

Get a grip.

SkateAway · 15/12/2019 00:04

Spitting is disgusting and I don't really know what you'd hope to achieve by doing so in this situation.

Boris is a cunt though, so YANBU to want to leave something unpleasant on his doorstep.

Dongdingdong · 15/12/2019 00:05

it seems to me that any standards of decency in Westminster have been lost

The irony in this statement is clearly lost on the OP Hmm

Justanotherlurker · 15/12/2019 00:09

Op you’ve got many on mn clutching their zoflora and gagging about spit

Actually I take that back, instead of people calling out an obvious virtue signal and highlight it, people are more concerned in her actually spitting.

It would be peak MN, but I and the internet in general has called it so many times and been proven wrong it just becomes comical.

SuzieSunshine · 15/12/2019 00:34

I am embarrassed for you. 1) for actually spitting in the first place and 2) for thinking you'd get a pat on the back for sharing it on a forum.
How juvenile of you.

SilverySurfer · 15/12/2019 01:48

To do such a disgusting thing I can only assume you were dragged up in the gutter.

user1473878824 · 15/12/2019 01:52

Grow up.

LookingforLemons · 15/12/2019 07:23

Course you did, sweetheart.

And the vast number of policemen just let you do it, didn’t they? Whilst sipping their tea and munching on their Biscuits.
