Sorry, but I really hope the people who voted for this in the north and midlands get what they have fucking asked for...

bakabakabeyond · 12/12/2019 22:13

It's a shame some people clearly don't care about their kids/grandkids and their futures. Especially those on the bread line. Awful result.

Zzzz19 · 12/12/2019 22:13

Tories

Karwomannghia · 12/12/2019 22:14
Sad
user1471510720 · 12/12/2019 22:14

Lets hope so. No one wants Comrade Corbyn anywhere near power where he could fuck up the Country.

HairyFloppins · 12/12/2019 22:14

Bloody hope so!

Bickles · 12/12/2019 22:14

Will Corbyn go now? Will Labour realise that a far left agenda isn’t what the people want?

Notfeelingmeatall · 12/12/2019 22:14

Why would ANYONE vote for Boris? I despair... Sad

Span1elsRock · 12/12/2019 22:14

Fingers crossed it's right.

Justaboy · 12/12/2019 22:14

Yes says 80- plus majority on the BBC so if that figure has an accurcy of 50% right still enough to give the Tories a working majority.

The Labour party need a new leader, Jeremy Corbyn is waay past his sell by date, problem is there isnt a good one to be had!..

NormaLouiseBates · 12/12/2019 22:14

So fucking depressing.

I do hope those of you who are happy at this have got a shit tonne of money. If not then you're all fucking stupid as well as morally corrupt.

user764329056 · 12/12/2019 22:15

Typical Tory ‘I’m alright Jack’ mentality, how predictable and how depressing, more of the same selfishness with the gap between rich and poor widening even further

ReanimatedSGB · 12/12/2019 22:15

We don't know yet what has happened. And the newsworthy queues at polling stations suggest some sort of change going on...

MistyCloud · 12/12/2019 22:15

I hope so!

Never been a fan of the Tories, but I want Brexit done, and I want Corbyn OUT.

Let's hope it's correct that Labour/Corbyn have been slaughtered!!!

Elle7rose · 12/12/2019 22:15

I think so... :(

Fuck are exit polls always right?
bananafish · 12/12/2019 22:15

I thought it would turn out like this. When folk are frightened they go for 'better the devil you know'.

It's beyond depressing.

Spacebowlisback · 12/12/2019 22:15

How long before the majority of the country come back crying about the fact they’ve shit their own bed?

Sandaled · 12/12/2019 22:15

Usually pretty accurate, although I believe the data has been collated over the past few weeks (happy to be corrected if not!), and there seems to have been a bit of a shift, so maybe. It looks like the leave swing seats are the ones which Labour have largely missed out on.

Justaboy · 12/12/2019 22:15

Why would ANYONE vote for Boris? I despair...

A lesser evil?..

FFSFFSFFS · 12/12/2019 22:15

If Labour had gone to the polls without JC at the helm I think it would've been a different (expected) result

THIS

bluebells1 · 12/12/2019 22:15

I hope they are!!! Even with a 50 margin, Tories will have a 30 Majority. That's fantastic.

Bloomburger · 12/12/2019 22:16

I don't believe Boris, I know he is lying but his lies are nowhere near as damaging as what JC & JMc's honest plans will do to the economy. The economy which all those poor, vulnerable, starving, disabled people rely on.

PurpleFrames · 12/12/2019 22:16

The only thing that's going to be slaughtered is our public services and nhs if this is right.

So devastated

Spacebowlisback · 12/12/2019 22:16

Sandaled I believe this is the poll that’s conducted alongside the vote. They ask people to anonymously replicate their vote only after voting themselves.

MissConductUS · 12/12/2019 22:16

The WSJ is reporting the exit polling and considers it highly reliable.
