I’m very excited about my unicorns come Friday that will be arriving on Friday when labour get into power. I just need a big enough garden for it but I’m hoping Labour will give that to me too along with my free broadband and everything else they have promised!!

Do people not realise that privatisation will mean billions of taxpayers money? Lost jobs? The government will have to pay the pensions? This will cost. Also the fact that services will
Go downhill fast. He wants to control everything including us. Corbyn doesn’t want to help the poor, he wants to keep you poor. He wants full control and people are waking up to it which is why Labour won’t win when they should be miles ahead. Wake up ffs

Dragonsmother · 12/12/2019 07:58

You any need to re-read your post. Corbyn doesn’t want to privatise....he wants to nationalise!

GarkandGookin · 12/12/2019 08:05

Why are we STILL saying Labour 'will bankrupt the country'?
Do you people spouting what you have read on the (right wing, tax-avoiding millionaire owned) papers not know that the Tories have doubled our national debt? It's like you have been lied to and don't care...

slipperywhensparticus · 12/12/2019 08:06

I want my fucking blue passport

GarkandGookin · 12/12/2019 08:31

I can only assume you mean Johnson.
His party contains known anti-semites who haven't been suspended. Johnson recently went to the unveiling of a statue of someone who approved of Hitler's 'final solution' and held strong anti-Jewish views. The Tories refuse to publish a report into Kremlin involvement in the last election, and they have a councillor who was an active IRA member.
In which case I agree, I couldn't vote for the Conservatives either.

GarkandGookin · 12/12/2019 08:32

Bloody phone not quoting- I am referring to a post 2 pages back that reads like the front of the Daily Mail.

thehorseandhisboy · 12/12/2019 08:45

I used to live in the late 20th century, when policies like healthcare free at the point of need, a decently funded and resourced education system, eradicating child poverty, homelessness, workers' rights and supporting people affected by disability were pretty centrist.

Before the UK had more food banks than it does McDonald's outlets, when people might have been outraged at over 4 million children living in poverty and hadn't become desensitised to people with life limiting illnesses being declared 'fit for work'.

And before people thought than starting a thread about the election by mentioning unicorns was either funny, relevant or necessary.

ilovetinsel · 12/12/2019 09:04

@BeardedMum totally agree. & JC is not a communist. He's a socialist. Sadly the small minded bigots who read the daily mail in this country don't understand the difference 🙈😥

Milanimilani · 12/12/2019 13:39

At what point are people going to overuse the ridiculous term bigot?

KnowBetterDoBetter · 12/12/2019 13:57

Corbyn doesn’t want to help the poor, he wants to keep you poor. He wants full control and people are waking up to it which is why Labour won’t win when they should be miles ahead. Wake up ffs

Right, if you say so. That's why he's been voting (often rebelling from the party whip) and campaigning against inequality measures since the 70s. Real long game he's playing Hmm

Ringdonna · 12/12/2019 14:47

Hopefully Tory party will be in for evermore. Best for me and the family.

Figmentofmyimagination · 12/12/2019 14:55

OP you’re looking forward to your unicorns and I’m looking forward to Getting Brexit Done. I wonder which one is the biggest fiction.

XingMing · 14/12/2019 21:15

Dead parrot Corbyn. Failed epically. Now consigned to history via an even longer suicide note than Michael Foot. He just hasn't yet decided to tend his marrows full time. But it won't be long. Pity his poor party, many of whom deserved better.

FuckYouBoris · 16/12/2019 19:06

@Milanimilani well I for one have certainly reached Peak Bigot.

Kwhatnow1 · 16/12/2019 22:27
