There seems to be another "look at my dossier"/"read this article"/"read these lies!" Thread every 4.5 seconds. I'm bored to the point of losing the plot over this.

Again, not a Boris fan but I like to think that people can educate themselves without yet another bloody thread implying they're deluded or living under a bush?

I’d have more respect for Tory voters if anyone actually came out and said ‘I know he lies and cheats and is a self-serving, adulterous, scheming, racist creep - but I’m willing to overlook it for my own sake’ instead of just....pretending he doesn’t lie.

I’m no fan of Corbyn or Swinson, or Sturgeon, I can’t think of anyone I’d be happy to lead the country. Just anyone but Boris Johnson.

@AuntSpiker You know the story about the sick child is true, don't you? The hospital have confirmed it and issued an apology. The woman that claimed it was false has mysteriously disappeared from social media.

You should realise that those kinds of threads are going to be ramped up over these next couple of days. You can smell the desperation from the Corbynistas who are throwing everything bar the kitchen sink at this to claw some votes back. The reality is that most people knew who they were going to vote for as soon as the election was called, and I would guess no one is going to change their mind at this late stage.

There's 'spin', and then there's this vicious misinformation campaign. Have you seen that 88% of Conservative facebook ads (over the first 4 days of December) were found to have misleading or untrue content, compared to 0% of Labour ads?

The BBC published this break down of 31 adverts to show which were wholly or partly untrue.

so more than double for the Tories compared to Labour and nearly 3 times as many for the Lib Dems compared to Labour.

Unfortunately there have been too many people taken in my what the worst Prime Minister in history has said. So whilst I can understand any person being fed up with it, some people need reminding.

@EmmaOvary a very good point well made. It is indeed a bit rich to complain about the many threads then start another, I agree.

The point I was getting at was not about whether not Boris is a lying charlatan, nor was it to tell people what to talk about or believe or whatever, just to bemoan that there are so, so many and yet more are started when others exist.

I accept IABU. I have election fatigue. Bring on Friday.
