Boris Johnson refuses to look at photo of child on hospital floor

Johnson repeatedly refusing to look at picture of a four year old child on a hospital floor when confronted by an ITV reporter. After refusing to so much as glance at the photo, he then proceeds to pocket the reporters phone(!?) while mouthing empty platitudes. Here’s a link,but I’m sure you’ll see it on the news anyway..

It was a staged photo the mother put him on the floor and photoed him. Fake news.

So why did the trust apologise if its fake news ? Use your brain the report goes that's interesting my friend who works in Leeds Leeds hospital said the mum took the child out the bed put him on the floor photograph him and picked him back up

I reckon that Momentum have shot themselves in the foot. Corbyn is toxic for many. So be it. Stay in the Opposition benches for now, it was what Momentum decided anyway.

I have had sick children in hospital and they don’t want to sit on your knee.

This is the evanescence of what is wrong with this country. People have literally stopped caring or thinking about anyone out her than themselves or their family

As a society we should be horrified that this situation came to pass whether he was placed on the floor by his mother or a doctor.

It makes my blood run cold.

Chatting to my daughter today about it she reminds me of the many times we were sat on the floor in out of hours because they were hot and the floor is cold my son usually cuddles the metal chair legs when he runs a high temp at home he lies on the kitchen floor (freezing 365 days of the year) or on the toilet floor which is also cold

Would you expect any different from a man who arranged to have someone beaten up? If hes got the balls for that, hes not going to care about someone else's child. We don't even know if he knows how many children HE's got

A child of that age often can't be held to sleep by a parent, especially if the parent is sitting in a hard hospital chair.

Anyway, if you think it's staged, reach out to people with sick children in Leeds, who were in hopital that night. Get their testimony that it was all peachy and there were beds aplenty.

Just have to accept minimal care now, that is what happens eventually when respect for our carers and nhs providers is rubbished. Not to mention the recipients and ill people.

And then the Tories try to distract from Johnson’s appalling interview with a totally fabricated story of assault on a Tory minder, which got a fair bit of coverage before being exposed as a total fabrication. What a truly lovely bunch of people they are. Oh yeah, and in other news yet more racism by Johnson exposed today in the form of offensive racial stereotyping in a 2004 book.

The NHS is obviously in dire straits, but it’s Johnson’s behaviour in that interview - absolutely typical for him - which I find even more disturbing. The man is a sociopath. Trust him with the NHS, state education, and negotiating trade deals with the EU and the other global power blocks? I wouldn’t trust him to walk my dog.

Fake news,the Mother PUT the child on the floor!!Quickly took a photo and sent it to media outlets!!! Then the child was back on the trolley,he had also been seen within 20 minutes of arriving at the Hospital!!!

I honestly can't believe people think this man is electable. He couldn't even make a cheese sandwich without fucking it up. We will be the laughing stock of the world.

Still, he will get a majority, and the people who vote for him expecting him to protect their interests will get the government they deserve. Let's see how their "we'll get through this with our wartime spirit" works for them when they have to wait three months to have a blood test and the value of their little nest eggs plummet when the economy crashes due to a no deal Brexit.

It's a shame they have to take the rest of us down on this sinking ship though.
