To wonder if he’ll notice my weight gain?

I’m meeting a male friend on Wednesday who I haven’t seen for 4-5 months. He’s been working away but is back for a flying visit. Since I last saw him I have gained about 7-8 pounds (3.5kg). Do you think he’ll notice? I weigh around 12 stone but am tall so I’m normal BMI (just). In case it’s not obvious, I fancy him! I have gained it all over which might help me!

Thanks everyone. I think I would notice if someone else had gained weight but maybe I have an eye for these things!! Hopefully he won’t notice. The side effect is a fuller, younger face so that’s a bonus!!

I think he'll notice but not realise iyswim? He'll notice something different but not know what. I think that's what most people are generally like anyway?

To be honest, what if he does? He's hardly going to recoil in horror is he? Try to focus on enjoying your meeting rather than worrying about what the scales say.

A man who hasn't seen you in 4-5 months noticing a 7lb weight gain, whilst you're (presumably) in winter clothing (assuming you're in the UK).
