I picked up one of his Iceland pizzas the other day, put it back after realising I was lining the smarmy twats pockets.

I know someone who knows PS well and hates him. As well as being an arrogant, bullying, dictatorial, controlling work colleague apparently he behaves the same way to his wife.

Sounds like he has gone down the same path as Noel Edmunds - massive ego syndrome.

This. The terrible things he does which made me dislike him (such as falsely claiming several MPs were paedophiles) have made him successful. Many of his interviews are just exploiting the stupid or vulnerable.

I appreciate that he is genuinely Italian, but that bloke has the least convincing Italian accent I've ever heard. It's like something from Allo, Allo.

My team did a project with Schofe last year (and I mean the people I sit next to, not my neighbours cousins dog). We work with a lot of celebs in our line of work and they said Phil was the rudest and most entitled they have ever worked with. I was SO disappointed!

I think one of the stories was about Ruth Langsford making an official complaint and a number of other presenters on TM doing similar, the implication was that two of them were Gino and Rylan

This is interesting.. Ruth and Eamonn wernt pictured in Holly and Phil This Morning Christmas Dinner picture recently and Holly was claiming it was all the production team. And Rylan hasn't been on This Morning for quite a bit either.

Also remember got to be few months back where they went to Loose women and Ruth wad presenting and Phil basically told Ruth she was done talking and she spat something back before it cut (I found it quite rude of him).

I loved Fern but could never understand how her husband could still appear on This Morning being cordial towards Schofield. Way to show some loyalty to your wife, mate

It must be thoroughly unpleasant knowing that people are freely speculating on your personal and professional life. Nobody knows what really goes on in any workplace unless you are directly involved, so the ‘my second cousin, twice-removed once passed him in the street and he didn’t smile’ stories are ridiculous. You’d also need to have thick skin to get through a day where you feature on the Daily Fail with unmoderated comments about you and your family😒

This is vague af, sorry, but I’m sure I read a story a few years back now about a household TV name had been up to some rather unsavoury things, it didn’t say or really imply what more that an injunction or such like had been taking out to stop any further reports at the time I can remember thinking I bet that’s Philip Scofield!

I find him really aggressive.

He is arrogant, smarmy and fake! I think the only reason he wanted Rochelle and not Amanda to fill in for Holly last year is because he knows Amanda has guts and will stand up to him whereas Rochelle is quiet and a bit of a walk over and probably easy to boss around. Look how he treated the lovely Fern, he's not a nice man at all. Very fickle too, he used to be best friends with Fern once but then dumped her coldly just like that! He needs to be knocked off his high horse!

I stopped watching after the very unpleasant way Fern was ousted.(she was genuinely good at her job)
I have always found Holly a bit plastic but since working with her Scofield has become more and more fake.The puppy as us really wierd.

I like Holly.

But he doesn't like strong women does he? He very much likes the more subservient side kick... holly over fern, Rochelle over Amanda... I dont like him, and wouldnt be at all surprised if this were true.

I always thought pairing him with Holly was a bit icky. He has, what, twenty years on her? And based on the shows presenters either being married couples or what could present as one like him and Fern. She seemed to be there to prop up hid mid life crisis or something

It was the Kerry Katona interview that did it for me. She was clearly vulnerable, being abused by that awful ex husband and P let her go on tv, obviously too out of it to even know what she was doing. If that’s not Exploitation I don’t know what is.

His fixation with Holly is creepy and weird. I often wonder what his wife thinks about that, he doesn’t like her working with anyone else and was obviously rather put out that she was asked to IAC in Ant’s place.

Holly has recorded a show for BBC1 with Bradley Walsh so I can imaging that must have put his nose well and truly out of joint.
