Baby rolled off sofa!!!

HELP! Wtf do I do?! She was so snug in between the cushions for a few secs while I grabbed her chair. Please don’t make me feel any worse than I already do. I have a doctors app booked for 4pm. Do I need to go to a and e now? Baby is 6 months. Cried for a minute or two but is absolutely fine now. I feel awful I couldn’t grab her in time what on earth do I do? Please help and please don’t be arsey I know it was a silly thing to do and I couldn’t grab her in time

Mine fell off the bed onto a light shade that was on the floor and still has a scar, I think if it as the scar of shame, my shame

Dd1 rolled off my bed at around 5 months. I didn't even know she could roll over and over! I’d left her right in the middle while I nipped into the next room for something, I was gone about a minute, if that!

She’s almost 15 now and none the worse for her experience.

So long as she seems fine in herself, isn’t being sick, pupils not different sizes, able to move all limbs without pain, chances are she’s absolutely fine. Most babies do this at some point, don’t be too hard on yourself.

Ds fell off my mums sofa at about 3 months old, I felt terrible but he was fine after a couple of minutes crying, no marks or anything .
You do feel like shit for ages though !

Op....you cant be everywhere...its pretty much a rite of practice that your baby falls off something. As long acting normal, no blood, bo lumps....ever mum been there...anyone whos hasnt is lieing. Just keep eye on baby but sounds ok. Xxx

My 5 month old did these a couple weeks back, landed face down, luckily there was a blanket down there! I didn't get her checked out because she didn't even cry my partner rolled off the bed at about 6 months old, into a wooden floor. He's near enough okay 20 years later
