9 days since September 1, what percentage does that work out as?

We use Bradford factor like a lot of places which works like below so you would be

(2 instances x2) x 7 days = 28

Add another instance of say 3 days

(3 instances x2) x 10 = 60

Verbal warning at my work is 50 points

Written is 100 points

The Bradford Factor is calculated as follows:^
B=S2×D

where:
• B is the Bradford Factor
• S is the total number of spells (instances) of absence of an individual over a set period
• D is the total number of days of absence of that individual over the same set period[2]

The 'set period' is typically set as a rolling 52-week period.

3 days is alot for yourself

3 days would be a very standard amount of sick days required for a vomiting bug, or something out the other end. Flu is more like a week (maybe two). 3 days is like.. one period of being ill, it's not a lot!

I dont get paid if i dont go to work but luckily i rarely get ill. So to me 3 days in one go seems like alot
