Are there a disproportionate amount of Scots on MN?

AIBU in thinking there is a disproportionately large amount of Scots on MN? Before I continue, there is absolutely nothing 'wrong' with this, just an observation.

I very often see on the "what are you doing today" threads posted on a Sunday that they are going to the supermarket at 9am... where England and Wales don't have extended Sunday trading hours. Or lots of "I'll be voting SNP at the general election".

Anyone else noticed this? I wonder what the percentage of active users are English, Welsh, Irish, Scottish, and others?

It certainly was. I remember a grotto in the garden, and the cats sunning themselves on the high garden wall. Everyone so kind.

ScapaFlo · 27/11/2019 23:44

I adored Absolutely. A bus stop to rival any other bus stop! Stoneybridge. Home of the Stoneybridgers, the people who live here. Or hereabouts.

And Callum Gilhooley 😂

And Stoneybridge, worth visiting for its Facilities. And Maigret.

And, also on Absolutely, in the area with a risk of forest fires, the Burny Burny sign Grin

I alway thought that London United s over represented on MN especially(as mentioned) summer and the hot weather that noone else gets, how hard it is to manage on only £90000,the cost of childcare,Brexit .
Must have missed the supermarket threads but then on a Sunday at 9am I'm either at work or well under the duvet.
