I always pee when I am sick

It's horrid. It's happened to me for years even before the dc

I'm fine with sneezing, laughing, jumping, but puking and really violent coughing and it's pissy pants.

I only realised very recently that it's worse around period time, and that that is 'a thing' and not just me.

Fuck womanhood.

Oh poor you. When I had flu a few years ago I was coughing so much and so delirious that I had to ask DH for a nappy to shove between my legs as I was peeing a bit whenever I coughed. Horrid. I've recently done a course to improve pelvic floor. It was this one but a local fitness intructor did it as a proper class over several weeks. She advised me to see a womens health physio which is basically a physio for your vag!

If I ever vomit (not often!) I would always pee myself. But my pelvic floor is fucked.

Once I vomited and pooed on the floor (in the bathroom) at the same time. A low point.

Not sure why but I tend to get a nasty sickness bug at least once a year. And its not just sickness. Its both ends at the same time. When I puke violently, I also shit myself. Doesn't matter whether I feel I need a poo, it all comes out. At the same time.
I now have a puke bucket and sit on the loo when I puke.
Saves my husband having to clean up after me, bless him!

Never peed myself while vomiting- but I did have a delightful D & V evening many years ago where I not only vomited and had diarrhoea simultaneously but started to cry big snotty tears because I was being so gross. Bunged up nose and vomiting do not go well together.

I had dreadful sickness throughout my whole pregnancy with dd and this would happen all the time. It’s rubbish.

I do this when am being sick.

I have done this several times and I have never given birth nor been through the menapause. I think It's just a bodily reaction.

Oh, QueenOfOversharing, that did make me laugh in solidarity. I once puked and pissed myself repeatedly in A&E, whilst accompanied by my cousin and his rather nice friend who I’d only just met that night. It was after an alcohol-induced fall so sympathy was not due. A lovely nurse moved me from trolley to bed saying, “Ooh, I think we’re a little damp...” Yes, damp like the Atlantic.

I vomited so forcefully when pregnant with third I peed myself in one gush. I was convinced my waters had broke. Went to hosp they had a look and it was confirmed waters still there

I once vomited with such force that I shat myself and ruined my slippers.

Sorry, but this made me cry with laughter.

When I get a migraine, I sometimes vomit with such force that it makes me shit. I'm often found sitting on the bog, just in case, with a bowl on my lap to throw up in.

Best one was prob my DS - he has chronic colitis & staying at my brother's he shat himself. Brother stripped him in their bath, and vomited, then DS vomited too. My SIL has to clean the whole shit & vom-filled bath!

I always do. No incontinence problems at any other time.

Anyone got ant alternatives to bloody pelvic floor exercises, which I always forget to do?
Would never have given birth vaginally if I knew what lay ahead.

I did this the other day, but it was fairly violent vomiting caused by heat stroke, not a regular thing.

But my pelvic floor has been weaker since children in general. You know when it's cold and you rush inside to use the loo? I always leak before I get there . And this is 17 years later.

I remember being pregnant and had such horrendous sickness that whilst in the park the sight and smell of a massive steaming dog turd set of the heaves.

Cue flashing flooding and pissy wet jeans. Horrific.

I have done this. I feel your pain. Oddly not when pregnant.
