As to the OP's comments about not spending holidays with Epsteins, that's a bizarre idea. Does trafficking underage girls only happen on millionaires & Royal's holidays? There's video footage of Andrew in his shirtsleeves at Epsteins home, opening the front door to a female visitor. He was obviously comfortable there & spent plenty of time around him. He spent time with a man openly surrounded by & photographed with, underage girls,(also openly travelled with them according to people in that circle). He'd have to have the naivety of a 10year old not to notice his friends proclivities.

It's a terrible thing to say, and I don't wish it, but I think it will take the fond sentiment engendered by such a sad event to take focus away from this and stop renewed calls for a republic.

As for more stuff coming out....I am cynical.

I think prior to the conviction there's grounds for accepting that friends and family wouldn't have been aware of Epstein's actions. One of the common themes when abusers are revealed is how manipulative they are are how they can live double lives and hide from their family/friends.

But there's no way that following the original conviction where Epstein p added guilty for Prince Andrew to begin to claim he has no ideas. Epstein was a convicted sex offender.
