To think a man wouldn’t cheat on his pregnant wife?

I’m just a few weeks pregnant with our second child. I don’t know if it’s hormones and I have no definite evidence but my spidey senses are telling me that maybe DH is having an affair with his female friend. Surely a man wouldn’t have an affair when his wife is pregnant? This is a planned pregnancy. I want to hear honest answers please.

A decent man wouldn’t but sadly, many men are not decent people. I hope yours isn’t cheating OP.

I'm so sorry you went through that @ShippingNews. Absolutely disgusting that she even came to visit you in hospital.

The overwhelming majority don't, of course, but anecdotally over the years I at least imagine that I've seen a slight tendency towards greater male infidelity during pregnancy & early childrearing years.

Men have had children with other women while their wives are pregnant, so yes some men do have affairs when their wives are pregnant. If someone is going to have an affair they're unlikely to have the moral sense to wait until a more "appropriate" time.

Plus I have to say, going to work and coming home every evening does not stop a person cheating. It really doesn't.

Plus it sounds very suspicious. And I say that as a person with too much damn experience with lousy cheating men.
