What are these black bits?

Every morning there are these little black dots that appear in the bathroom. It's a new bathroom, they were there before and are there now! Tiny black specks.

Mould. Spray them with bathroom mould spray. And make sure the room is ventilated

BudgieHammockBananaSmuggler · 02/11/2019 11:30

Or an alien bug invasion. Who knows

SpookilyBadOooooooh · 02/11/2019 11:31

Photos?

Spider poop?

ChickenLipa23 · 02/11/2019 11:32

How do I add a photo?

OP posts:
Singlenotsingle · 02/11/2019 11:33

Take the photo on your phone then upload it using the paperclip.

Spider poo

ChickenLipa23 · 02/11/2019 11:58

I think it is spider poo. Just looked it up online! Oh how grim!

Kerberos · 03/11/2019 22:21

Do you have a cat?

EarringsandLipstick · 03/11/2019 22:22

Omg - I had no idea that was a thing! Shock

ChickenLipa23 · 03/11/2019 22:22

No pets.

Condensation mould. Dettol mould spray and lots of heat and ventilation will sort it out.

Watermelondoesntbelonginasalad · 03/11/2019 22:30

Do they move? We had plaster beetles in our newbuild that were tiny black dots. Completely harmless but really gross.

ChickenLipa23 · 03/11/2019 22:33

No they don't move. They are hard like little pellets. Every day they come back. It's a brand new bathroom, they were here before and are still here afterwards.

Get some of these and put one where the black bits keep coming. If it's a creepy crawly it will catch them. These are amazing. We put them in our bathrooms behind the toilet. So many bugs.

We got them because I spotted a silverfish. It's amazing the bugs they trap.

userxx · 03/11/2019 22:46

Just realised spiders must poo.

ChickenLipa23 · 03/11/2019 22:51

But why do they have to poo in the same place every night! That is if it is spider poo!

OP posts:
NC4Now · 03/11/2019 22:53

It'll be condensation mould. Try leaving the window open a crack.

DishingOutDone · 03/11/2019 22:54

if its spider poo, the shitting spider will be directly above it. Have you .... LOOKED UP.....?

Obviously once you see it, it will attach itself to your face, but just saying.

ChickenLipa23 · 03/11/2019 22:56

No, never seen a spider in there.

The window doesn't open anymore, the lock is jammed.
