Gaetz asking a silly question, but of course it gets full marks from Trump and the empty-headed MAGAs who believe he killed it. How could the constitutional scholars have personal knowledge of the facts? They are not witnesses in the case. They are scholars.

Giuliani, meanwhile, has skipped off to - the Ukraine Shock Apparently he is seeking to meet with former prosecutors that might help Trump’s case. I’m surprised he was able to leave the country at all, let alone fly to Kyiv.

I watched it... She was asked about being a KIng. Professor Karlan said this..
“The Constitution states that there can be no titles of nobility. So while the president can name his son Barron, he can’t MAKE him a baron.”

What, in the name of all that is holy, is wrong with that? She is just saying his name, no more no less.

Talk about misplaced indignation and jumping on some sort of bandwagon.

When you have a colleague who voted for a far right party because he didn't pay any attention to the campaign and his son liked the name of the party, but he is still proud that he voted, then you understand how some candidates win.
