Just that really.

I'm 42, not many wrinkles, but by Christ, I look like a battered handbag. Grin

I'm not overweight, nor skinny. My face just looks knackered and my biggest issue is my jawline. It is starting to age me.

I don't need lectures on being vain, as I'm not. I'm just hating how I look and just feel I look a bit battered round the edges. I just look old and baggy and would love first hand recommendations for treatments to tighten my jawline and look less haggard please.

Thanks in advance.

Yours faithfully,
Haggered Old Bat, Bucks. Blush

I wouldn't go to a dr who is a gp most of the time to be honest. I'd go to someone specialising in aesthetic medicine. It's not all about the medicine it's about the artistic aspect too, it makes a huge difference as to the treatment and results you get. Look for a doctor specialising in cosmetic or aesthetic medicine full time.
I wonder if well done cheek filler would give a good amount of lift ( it does lift and can be done through a single entry point with local anaesthetic and a cannula) it would look very natural and refreshing if done properly.
Secondly, threads? They can lift and tighten howls very effectively, but yours really arent bad.
Speak to a proper aesthetic clinic and see their whole range of options.
