To complain about this man in the women's loos?

In the supermarket and had to nip to the loo with toddler DS in tow.
After finishing up in the cubicle I open up the door to come fact to face with a male member of staff.
I'm aware they need to clean the loos, but AIBU to think he should have announced himself before entering so it wasn't such a shock or people could object?
No sign on the main door either (as I've seen elsewhere) so women entering would be unaware.
Should I mention it to customer services?

Hide your fannies, I'm coming in! 😂😂

I would personally feel more awkward having to reply to a someone asking if he can come in mid 💩 than just finding them oitside the cubicle 🤷‍♀️

Just read this on Twitter and think we need single sex facilities even more now Shock

I'd expect a sign. Ask customer services if they could ensure this happens. Don't need to name names if you don't want to. Some women will care. That matters, no matter how many women on this thread aren't bothered.

I think a suggestion to customer services is sensible.

YANBU to be startled when an unexpected man is in the toilets.

I don't like it either OP
