YANBU
Do you skip meals regularly?

Cleverplayonwords · 03/10/2019 17:07

I don't eat breakfast but I'm overweight and it's the easiest way for me to cut out calories.

Dazedandconfusedmostdays · 03/10/2019 17:08

All the time. Or replace meal with healthy snack.

Finfintytint · 03/10/2019 17:09

I regularly skip lunch but I don’t really count that as a meal as it’s normally light anyway.

Dodoluded · 03/10/2019 17:10

I often skip breakfast and dinner. I have a lunch and a late afternoon snack.

GruciusMalfoy · 03/10/2019 17:10

I rarely eat breakfast, I just can't stomach anything other than drinks before lunchtime.

isseywithcats · 03/10/2019 17:10

i usally skip lunch because i have breakfast late so dont really feel hungry till dinner time, on days off work i eat breakfast earlier so have a light lunch then dinner

8stoneloser · 03/10/2019 17:10

As per my username I lost 8 stone by eating twice a day. I balance it with keto so I'm just not hungry. Fasting comes naturally for me now. I've maintained the loss for 2 years now so it works.

fancytiles · 03/10/2019 17:10

Currently pregnant so not at the moment but used to regularly as I was busy/ate loads at last meal/too tired etc. As long as you are getting enough nutrients I don't see a problem.

NeedAnExpert · 03/10/2019 17:10

I call it Intermittant Fasting

AnneLovesGilbert · 03/10/2019 17:10

For health or budget? I don’t really, I’m breastfeeding and often have two dinners.

InsertFunnyUsername · 03/10/2019 17:12

YANBU. I have never been one for breakfast, once I was old enough and my DM was confident I wouldn't starve to death over no breakfast, I've never eaten it.

Bluntness100 · 03/10/2019 17:12

Yes, i seldom eat breakfast, will usually have a lunch and dinner, but sometimes not even a proper meal, I graze as I can't be arsed.

Bluntness100 · 03/10/2019 17:13

Why the question op?

Marvinmarvinson · 03/10/2019 17:13

I'm sure they do. I don't. I love food and never miss a meal. Or a snack. And I'm still managing to lose weight.

calmalamadown · 03/10/2019 17:14

I never eat breakfast, I mostly eat lunch and I always eat supper!

GettingABitDesperateNow · 03/10/2019 17:15

This is totally alien to me, I feel dizzy sick and lightheaded if I miss a meal (unless the one before was unusually big like a fry up for breakfast). I can never understand how someone forgot to eat or was too busy to bother!

OkayGo · 03/10/2019 17:16

I never eat breakfast unless I have to!

GabriellaMontez · 03/10/2019 17:18

All the time.

iklboo · 03/10/2019 17:20

If I'm busy with work it can be 3pm before I realise. I finish at 4pm so there's no point eating then.

NeedAnExpert · 03/10/2019 17:21

I don’t eat before 2pm any day.

purplecorkheart · 03/10/2019 17:21

I always skip breakfast unless I am on holiday. Not a fan of food in the early morning. I skip lunch at times or have something very small.

Bodicea · 03/10/2019 17:22

Yep i tend to eat two meals a day. If trying to lose fast sometimes one. I find skipping breakfast and evening meal pretty easy. Always try and have a decent lunch.

caringiscreepy · 03/10/2019 17:24

Yep I do this all the time. Probably average out at one meal a day plus some kind of healthy snack. Don't really get hungry until about 2/3pm most days

Gamorasgran · 03/10/2019 17:26

Not often but I don't snack either. I usually have a small breakfast and a fairly small lunch.

I have tried intermittent fasting but don't find it suits me
