Leave home just before 8. Get home about 4.15 unless I go somewhere else on way home. I drive 25 minutes each way. DDs are 14 and 13. They leave in the morning to walk to school about 15 minutes after I leave, they lock up. They get home not long before me and let themselves in, unless they have after school activities, when I sometimes beat them home.

PleaseGoogleIt · 13/09/2019 13:03

Leave at 7am, home at 5pm. Four days a week.
DD is 14 months and goes to nursery those four full days.

EnglishRose13 · 13/09/2019 13:04

Monday and Tuesday I leave at 8:30 and get home at 5:20 ish.

Wednesday, Thursday and Friday I drop my son off at nursery first so leave at 7:50 and home at 5:20 ish then my husband picks son up.

Son is 3.

OnlyTheTitOfTheIceberg · 13/09/2019 13:06

7.45 - 18:00 (on average), no kids.

frogsbreath · 13/09/2019 13:13

Get up at 6.30, DH gets up at 7.30 and leaves for work at 7.45 (showers at work, 20 minute drive) DS aged 7 gets up with me so we get ready and leave house at 8am to walk 20 minutes to school breakfast club. I then walk 20 minutes to bus stop and get 20 minute bus to work.

I work 9.15-2 two days a week, 9.15-4 three days a week.

The two days I finish early I pick son up from school at 3.15

Three days I finish after school I collect son from after school club and get home for 5-5.30

DH home sometime between 6.30 and 8.30 usually 7

frogsbreath · 13/09/2019 13:15

I forgot to say ds has breakfast at home, I just need like 15 minutes extra time in the morning after the school bell to get to work on time so he only goes to breakfast club for 15/20 minutes a day.

I had to stop giving him fruit juice st home because he'd have a glass of apple juice at home then orange juice at breakfast club then get diarrhoea by lunchtime and the school would call me to pick him up Grin

HollyBollyBooBoo · 13/09/2019 13:25

TheHoundOfWinchester · 13/09/2019 13:28

Work 2 days per week, leave at 6.30 and home around 15.30 one day. Leave at 6.30 home at 22.30 the other.

SooticaTheWitchesCat · 13/09/2019 13:32

I have 2 girls aged 12 and 15. I leave home at 8.30, just after they leave for school and walk 30 minutes to work.
I start at 9 and finish at 2 and do 5 days a week.
It takes me about 10 minutes to get home by bus so I'm home by 2.15 so I am home when my girls get back from school.

edwinbear · 13/09/2019 13:32

Chitarra · 13/09/2019 13:45

My DC are 9, 11 and 13.

I'm really fortunate. Leave home at 6.30am and in work for 6.45am (I like early mornings). We don't take lunch breaks here so my day finishes at 2pm. Home by 2.15pm.

Family grown up

ShiftHappens · 13/09/2019 13:59

I work 4,5 hours a day but have a 1h commute each day. I also have one child at primary and one child at special school and need to facilitate these runs as well. So I leave 7:45 and return 4:45 - 9 hours in total. I earn about £100/week once I factor in childcare and petrol.

Mammylamb · 13/09/2019 14:03

7.45am to 5.15 pm. 4 days per week. One son.

DH does the same. Except he does Tues to Fri, while I work Mon to Thurs

CMOTDibbler · 13/09/2019 14:06

StepAwayFromGoogle · 13/09/2019 14:11

I leave home at 6:50am, in work at desk by 8am. Leave at 4:30pm, pick kids up (4 1/2 and 16 months), home by 6pm. Snack, bath, bed, collapse, repeat.

jay55 · 13/09/2019 17:02
