Prince Harry saying "we can all do better" has really irked me- aibu?! He has every want and need satisfied while the majority of us and trying to do right by the environment whilst making ends meet. He is becoming very sanctimonious!

Of course in theory we can indeed all do better but if you are going to stand there spouting this message then you'd better make sure you're doing your bit first.

I think the safety excuse was a bit flimsy.

They were offered a private jet to a couple of nice but short holidays, it’s not as if if they agonised about the environmental impact but decided it was essential travel.

When William and Kate announce something similar to Travalyst and start berating everyone for not doing enough I'll be the first to comment just the same as I am now. Like I said previously its nothing to do with who they are its about how hypocritical they are being.

It was extremely annoying. To me it read as a blatant attempt at raising their profile or increasing their fan base through ingratiation as well as a 'stop holding us privileged people to account' and 'stop expecting us to walk the walk and not just talk the talk'. Big celebs don't expect it. They like taking their private jets etc and clearly don't want the scrutiny.

You know what annoys me? It's far more healthy to eat meat. Not everyone can live off beans without developing diabetes. To me, M&H’s worst crime is that they believe their own hype. They genuinely believe they can Make A Difference, by just saying out loud what they think. Like they’re the Dalai Lama or something. In a way you can’t blame them because soooooo many people lap it up and constantly tell them how wonderful and important they are. But that’s the point. If they had true understanding and even a touch of humility, they’d realise how little they know and how irrelevant they are to the causes they seek to champion. An intelligent person would say “me? what can we do about this? Shed a light? Maybe. But are we the right people for it?
