In asking what your favourite things about the town you live are?

Some Monday cheer.

Mine are- nobody locks their doors ever, even people who dislike each other will help each other and when you go out to the shop or post office you'll see at least 5 people to have a good chat to.

Ahh @IceIceCoffee I moved here from Holyhead in 2016 but didn't move to North Wales until I was 18. Unless it was to move back to Anglesey, I wouldn't ever leave here, it's been amazing being able to bring 3 year old DS up here! I grew up in Essex so it's about as far removed from my childhood as you can imagine, but it's exactly the kind of childhood my father wanted us to have, so I feel like I'm living both our dreams (he died Feb this year.)

I really struggled with my mental health after DS was born, for about a year, and being able to get out without having to drive and breath the fresh air and look at the colours and the mountains and the slate healed me far more than any doctor could, IMO.
