We are getting a kitten!! Much thought about have had cats before.
Weve got ourselves a little ginger boy.
And at this time of night it's just going round our heads!
Names so far;
George
Aslan
Archie
Simber

I don't want a very 'cat name' although I get aslan and simber I'm leaning towards the more human names. As that's what our dog has

Out of those four or add your thoughts

So am abiu for some name help

Name my cat !!!

Cute! I’d go for Bozo or Biggie.

Heathcliff!

INeedToGetHealthy · 31/08/2019 23:23

He needs to be called Goose/Flerken from Captain Marvel (link below). Our ginger boy already had a name when the film came out and our new kitten is not a ginger one. So we named him Odin.

Terry.

I've always fancied calling a cat Terry...

Cryalot2 · 31/08/2019 23:28

He's gorgeous so why not call him that?
Gorgeous
Willow
The boss
Posh Paws.

Mousetrap3 · 31/08/2019 23:56

NobodyKnowsTiddlyPom · 01/09/2019 00:55

Our cats have always been named after mythology characters or opera characters (can't remember why). Our horses were always named after musical terms (cantata, melody, sonata etc).

So on that note:

Oedipus
Zeus
Heracles
Helios
Poseidon
Perseid
Apollo
Orpheus
Figaro
Iago
Falstaff
Phantom (of the Opera)
Piccolo
Bouree
Allegro
Bolero
Riguadon

serenoa · 01/09/2019 10:09

Boss.

Berkshiremumma · 01/09/2019 10:12

Jaffa as he's orange or Nigel

Lex234 · 01/09/2019 10:13

Henry, he has the Tudor colouring Wink

Cyclewidow46 · 01/09/2019 10:20

Norman. We have a tabby Norma!

serenoa · 01/09/2019 10:22

Oliver.

If he's anything like my tabby Oliver he'll be a gorgeous, snuggly, friendly, large boy with super-large feet, a bit dim, and only catch leaves. My Oliver got lost two houses away and when I located him the kids there didn't want to give him back. Smile

ConorMcGregorsChin · 01/09/2019 10:51

OP what have you decided on?

LordProfFekkoThePenguinPhD · 01/09/2019 11:07

OP has decided to call the cat Fekkito and is sending him to me!

NoTheresa · 01/09/2019 11:09

Why not just name your own cat? It’s a more personal and nice thing to do.Confused

NoTheresa · 01/09/2019 11:09

Ginger might be nice. And normal.

NoTheresa · 01/09/2019 11:09

Or Morse.
