To wonder how KFC are still in business?

Me and dh were really hungry and tired and saw a KFC and bought a bucket special. I like the occasional McDonald's, but the KFC was just not very nice, especially the fries, which were inedible. I so wish I'd not bothered.

There is absolutely nothing my dairy allergy child can eat from them.

The baked beans
The zinger tower burgers
The hot wings
The skin on the chicken
The dirty Louisianas (when they do them......amazing)
The flaming wraps

We had a KFC open in our town and I was so excited, but every time it was greasy AF! They did not last long, then someone else tried, theirs were too dry!

I always go to the one in the town 26 miles away and it is always fab!

I am with you, OP. Their food is bloody disgusting. And you know it's bad if I turn up my nose at it!

Worse surprisingly in LA apart from the biscuit but the place wasn’t very busy best KFC’s are always busy

Did they change their original recipe about 30 years ago ? Their chips always were shit.

I'll eat the occasional zinger chicken breast burger and like the new style skin on fries. Much better than the mush in a bun from mcds or bk.

Because it’s the fast food nearest to real food? Chicken on the bone is an actual bit of meat in batter deep fried. Always seems a lot less processed than burgers.

@HerRoyalNotness ah yes those and the doubles, shark n bake, roti, corn soup!! All do flipping tasty but not so good for the waistline!! 🤣🤣💕

Heard too many horror stories about people getting ill from KFC. Haven’t been for years. If I want fast food it’s always McDonald’s for me.

I like the popcorn chicken and the gravy (though have heard I would never want to know how the latter is made!?!)

The chips & 'normal' chicken pieces are rank though.

I won't be giving KFC any of my money again any time soon.

The one near us hit the news for poor hygiene practices. Buckets of chicken left exposed outside, filthy everywhere - congealed raw chicken juice pooled under benches. So disgusting. It’s put me off ever eating it again.

This is from just last week. Why is their suffering still ignored? I'm aware this post will annoy people but it's happening whether I piss people off or not.

Whether you like the food or not is really a matter of taste. Lots of people do. The thing that gets me about KFC (and pretty well all fast-food places apart from McDonalds) is how bad the service is and how rude many of the staff are. KFC's not quite as bad as Burger King but it's usually pretty awful.

havent had kfc for years, more than 10, but hated the greasy chicken, prior to that, i was veggie and used to have corn on the cob! KFC is not my food of choice.

i dont like fast food anyway, no to mcdonalds, no to nandos, no to burger king and so no surprise, its a no to kfc

I don't eat chicken anyway so KFC would never be a place I would eat.
I don't judge others if they choose to do so. Just not for me. :)
