To wonder how KFC are still in business?

Me and dh were really hungry and tired and saw a KFC and bought a bucket special. I like the occasional McDonald's, but the KFC was just not very nice, especially the fries, which were inedible. I so wish I'd not bothered.

I had a zinger meal a few days ago , I like the new chips and a like the beans too. Its not something I would eat often though

We had it the other week and it was gross. Small dried shrivelled bits of chicken. They don’t even sell fries at ours, just ‘biscuits’ (US) and they forgot the gravy. Never again!

I get chicken from KFC and fries from McDonald's.

I have never eaten anything from KFC ( long time vegetarian) but my DS likes it . We stopped on the M1 for food (I had a Subway, he had KFC)

In the motorway food courts it's cooked ans served quickly , so hot and fresh,.
He prefers KFC to McD or BK .

Whats the difference between them and the three chicken shops down my street? Thats why im surprised their still in business.

Because the uk is not the only country to have kfc its all over the world just like McDonald’s. For example in Trinidad there is one of the smallest kfc’s I have ever seen. They don’t serve burgers just chicken and fries. And apparently their profit is one of the highest of all the kfc’s also just for added effect there’s no McDonald’s in Trinidad. 🤣

The chips now taste like fried potatoes should and I love the skin being on. The chicken on the bone is glorious and the gravy to die for. As a guilty pleasure, you can’t get much better for me.

I craved kfc when pregnant and had it all the time, multiple times a day. Now, I rarely have it because of the chips, not keen on the new style but popcorn chicken is really yummy ❤️

You don't like something so you wonder how they're still in business? I'd take a KFC over a MacDonalds any day, but I don't wonder how they're still in business.

Different people like different things. Don't go there if you don't like it (although give it more than one chance - have you ever told your children that they've got to try something more than once if they don't like it?).

I had my first zinger wrap this evening and thought it was quite nice.

I think it can be hit or miss though because DH and DS's got one a while back and said it was awful.

Before that, we hadn't gotten on in years and I was surprised how expensive the bucket deals have gotten - and you don't even get a viennetta anymore! :o

YANBU, I don't mind the veggie rice box, but all it has in it is spicy rice, some salad and a garlic sauce- easily made at home for much, much less. I used to have the chips which were always cold although haven't tried the new ones, and they'd always mess the meal up.

The one near us takes 40 minutes to serve you! No fast food here.

I don’t like the new chips, I like fries.
