HELP!! Engagement ring lost in Archway, NW London. Any advice??

Absolutely devastated, lost my beautiful engagement ring today. Wondering if somehow Mumsnet can work her magic to help me find it.

I went to Dowe’s Gym for an hour and then went to the metro convenience store next to the Subway. Attached pictures here also.

The finders little fingernail is long but where do you see that OP's is? She just has chipped light nail varnish?

OPs little fingernail looks a normal length compared to the finders. There nails and hands just don't look the same- I don't think they are the same person, that's all.

Obviously could still be a ruse cooked up between two people, but I prefer to think it's just an excellent and very satisfying thread

Zombie was a wonderful and genuine person who is sadly missed but if you are. talking about the incident I'm thinking you are then it wasn't an 'amazing thing' she did. It was foolish and irresponsible. She was egged on by other foolish posters. I was on that thread as events unfolded- it was awful

This thread is harmless but I wish there a way to stop all troll threads. They are pathetic at best and damaging at worst.

Different hands. The ring finder(hardheadedwoman) has a long nail on her little finger but the op doesn’t- she has chipped nail varnish.

OP is extremely lucky that the ring was not spotted on the doormat of the bank by someone other than a well-intentioned MN-er who knew to look for it! Phew!
