To be having a crisis of confidence? Dress help needed!

I have a wedding to attend on Sunday, I’ve decided I don’t like dress plan A or B. This is now plan C.

AIBU to wear this dress? Is it too close to white?

Sure! A and B here. A was the dress I bought especially, but I think it just clings to my belly in the wrong places. B might be too short. Agh! So full of doubt, I hate dressing up.

I’m also on a new clothes ban in 2019, so these are all charity shop/eBay finds, making it harder!

I think the first one looks great and I'd wear it. With red sandals and a red clutch.

The grey lace one, I feel like I can see the outline of your underwear, and I think the long sleeved one is a bit short. it doesn't look bad but I think I would feel self-conscious about it and be tugging at it all night.

Definitely the first one. Not too white at all and is the most flattering. Number 3 I agree is a bit short for you to relax. The grey is a fairly drab colour for a summer wedding.

I like B it’s lovely on you

I love B on you, you have lovely legs!

B or C. Personally I prefer B as the colours and print are more what I would choose. C. Fits you nicely and definitely isn’t too white. I think A the lace dress just doesn’t fit you as well and makes you look a bit “old”.

You have a beautiful figure. You could sport any of them easily.
Have you got shoes and handbags to mix.
Something really out there with no2 would look great.

I'd go for the first dress, dress it up with high heels, it isn't too white at all.

Belatedly coming back to say if I looked like you in any of those dresses id be delighted! And they are all suitable, as a fellow wedding guest I would just think well done you!

I like C. I think with heels and your hair and make up done that would look lovely!

They're all nice but I really love dress C. This may sound bizarre (as I obviously can't see your face) but it takes years off you!

B is my favourite, followed by C

You can dress A up. It's a nice dress and suits your lovely figure.

Dress B is a bit old bridesmaid.

Dress C looks polyester and cheap. It doesn't do you justice at all.
