What 3 things would you not be seen dead wearing?

Aibu to ask what 3 things you would never ever wear (not necessarily together).
Mine are a bikini (too much like underwear in public and have wobbly cellulite)
High heels (i want to be able to walk when i m out not flouder around like a drunk ostrich)
And this horrible horrible hair colour i have accidentally dyed my hair (it was light brown fairish and is now freakishly white blonde).
Please distract me from crying about my hair horror until the shops open and i can sort it out!!

So many -
Bikini
Leggings
Thong
Cold shoulder tops
Boob tube
Cropped flared trousers
High heels
Tattoos
False eyelashes
Hair extensions
T shirts with slogans.
Mini skirt
Of course if I were tall and slim it might be different...

I flippin love leopard print. It can look v smart if worn well.

No no’s for me:

Kitten heels
Peplum tops
Big prints
Fascinators
Asymmetric hem tops - impossible to layer
Linen trousers
Most of White Company, Fatface and Boden (although I recently got a couple of lovely elegant jumpsuits from the latter)
Pretty much anything from Zara, PLT, Misguided, Boohoo, Topshop - all too young or of nasty quality!

And anything that would be at home on Love Island (including overdone lip fillers, scary eyebrows and nasty tats)

Loads but most hated are:
Sportswear unless for sport
Linen trousers
Crocs

Polo shirts (i.e. T-shirts with a collar and button tab)
Jerkin/tabard/gillet/sleeveless jacket.
Kitten heels even though they tend to be under 2 inches in the heel.
Pointy toed shoes.

Leggings with a top that ends above the bum. A dress would be fine but not a top.

Oh dear, I'm wearing an animal print T shirt underneath a pair of landgirl type flared corduroy dungarees. You would all clearly hate what I'm wearing!

As for me, anything body con, stilletto heels, slogan T shirts with stuff like 'babe' daubed on in diamanté. Anything too girlie.

I. LOVE my crocs . I sometimes even wear them OUT. With socks!

I would Never wear:
High heels
One of those body con going out style dresses
Thong

Short denim shorts - I love my legs but I hate how they all bunch up in my crotch and I end up with thigh rubbage. They also inevitably sit on my c-section scar.

Cold shoulder or one shoulder tops - just feel wrong.

White or cream suede anything - it would be stained in seconds.

Pointy shoes - I have feet like spades and also just don’t like them.

Anything overtly ‘designer’ - give me a regatta fleece and some dungarees any day 😂

I don’t get the Saltwater sandal hate I don’t hate them but would never wear them, never considered the associated economic status just think they are a bit dumpy. I wear K Jacques or Ancient Greek sandals.

I almost had to get the smelling salts out when I saw the price of these.

Yeah they are not cheap although Shopbop is an expensive place to buy them. I just got a new pair in the Net a Porter sale for £90. Yep, expensive but they are so comfortable & I love them. I still have ones that are 5 yrs + old.

They look pretty dumpy to me fancynancyclancy. Especially for 90 quid. But then this thread, if nothing else, just goes to show we are all different.

I personally don’t think they are as unlike Saltwaters the ankle strap is in a more flattering place.
However I think it’s great people like different things, wouldn’t it be boring if we all liked the same thing. And good taste can’t exist without bad taste 😜

They don’t look very comfortable- but I’m coming at it from the perspective of someone with crap feet.
