Where the lying liars go ...

Lweji · 22/08/2019 21:32

I'd vote for Jennifer Saunders for President. Wink

TheClaws · 23/08/2019 00:40

So Sarah Sanders is doing the same job?

Lweji · 23/08/2019 00:52

His comments were bad enough, but I hadn't realised that GOP voting among Jewish people is very low. 17% in 2018.
Not sure how attacking Jews for disloyalty is going to do him any favours. Unless... Except.... among certain non-Jewish voters. Confused

AcrossthePond55 · 23/08/2019 02:07

I see what you did there, Lweji. My error!

Lweji · 23/08/2019 07:25

I do genuinely love Jennifer Saunders, though. Grin

cozietoesie · 23/08/2019 12:05

I doubt that any of you will have to vote for RTBs. Grin

Lweji · 23/08/2019 14:34

How to solve a problem? Buy stuff.

That's what Trump does with most Stormy problems already.

www.independent.co.uk/news/world/americas/us-politics/trump-recession-economy-poll-jobs-vote-a9073436.html

'Almost half of those who voted for Donald Trump would blame him if the US economy goes into a recession, according to a new poll that comes as worrying signs have emerged showing that to be a possibility.

The poll, by Morning Consult, found that among those who said they voted for Mr Trump in 2016, 42 per cent would find him at least partially responsible if there is another recession.'

Will his family continue his, ahem, legacy?

cozietoesie · 23/08/2019 18:24

He's one of - what, 5 brothers?

cozietoesie · 23/08/2019 19:26

I imagine that the disposition of his estate will be a matter of some immediacy.

For all:

Fuckety fuck fuck!!

It's pancreatic cancer. That's never good. I'll be praying for her not only for her importance to SCOTUS, but for herself. She's a fantastic woman.

If you haven't seen the documentary "RBG" I can't recommend it enough.

cozietoesie · 23/08/2019 20:41

Yes, Across. That's a nasty.

AskingQuestionsAllTheTime · 23/08/2019 21:44

I think she beat pancreatic cancer once, in 2009, didn't she? Maybe she can do it again.

Hold on, NRB! Stay with us! You have some sense, and it is badly needed.

Lweji · 23/08/2019 22:15

At least until 2021.

Btw, cancer in older people tends to be less aggressive, if I'm not mistaken.
So, fingers crossed, but not holding my breath.

TheClaws · 24/08/2019 01:14

Pancreatic cancer? Oh.

TheClaws · 24/08/2019 01:22

Made the mistake of looking at an article on Breitbart about RBG. That truly is the cesspool of humanity. They are not kind, put it that way.

PerkingFaintly · 24/08/2019 08:50

Ew! Clear your cookies!

I'm still periodically checking mine after I kept picking up Breitbart cookies while not visiting Breitbart.

That seems to have stopped, but they were clearly being sneaky and tracking people who weren't readers – all the better to influence us on other platforms, I assume.

cozietoesie · 24/08/2019 15:26

Timely advice,

lionheart · 24/08/2019 17:07

Indeed.
